FLIGHT & TRANSFERS

  • For arrivals taking place on Sunday 21 September, transfers will be organised by our DMC partner, Arabian Adventures, please look out for the inVOYAGE signage in the arrivals hall. For guests staying at other hotels pre-event or arriving earlier than 21 September, you will need to make your own transfer arrangements to the St. Regis Saadiyat Island in time for the Welcome Reception starting at 7:30pm.

    Please Note: The deadline to provide your flight information is Monday 1 September. We will be unable to provide a transfer if flight details are recieved after this deadline.

  • Departure transfers will take place from the St. Regis Saadiyat Island on 24 September. You will receive an email on 23 September with your transfer time. Transfers will not be arranged if you are staying at alternative hotels or if you are staying at the St. Regis Saadiyat Island past 24 September.

  • Return airport transfers will be provided for guests at Zayed International Airport (AUH) for attendees staying at the St. Regis Saadiyat Island. Please look out for the inVOYAGE signage. If you have any problems on arrival in Abu Dhabi, please contact:

    For guests staying at other hotels pre-event, you will need to make your own transfer arrangements to the St. Regis Saadiyat Island for Sunday 21 September.

  • All event transfers will depart from and return to the area outside the foyer of The Regal Ballroom at the St. Regis Saadiyat Island.

  • Please try not to miss your transfers as we must manage the group safely. However, if you do miss your transfer, you will be responsible for your own transportation. Taxis are available at your own cost.

  • Everyone arriving on Sunday 21 September will be dropped off at the St. Regis Saadiyat Island to check-in. The official check-in time is 15:00. Please bear in mind, that depending on your arrival time, your room may not be ready until this time.

    The inVOYAGE welcome desk is located to the left of the St. Regis Saadiyat Island lobby, where you can meet the team and come to collect your name badge and welcome pack.

  • Your meetings will take place in The Regal Ballroom. There will be signposts and table numbers in the room. Staff will be on hand to guide you to your table.

  • You will need to check out at the Main Reception of the hotel and settle any additional charges by 12:00 on the day of your departure.

  • For guests that have booked pre and/or post nights, you will need to settle your account when you check into the hotel for any additional nights you have booked.

DESTINATION

  • The local currency is the UAE dirham (AED or Dhs).

    Credit and debit cards are widely accepted. If you're shopping in the souks (markets) or in smaller shops, cash is the best option.

  • They use Type G plugs, which feature three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern, similar to the UK plug.

  • It's important to cover up your shoulders and legs in places like malls, offices and cultural attractions like the Sheikh Zayed Mosque as a sign of respect. However, at leisurely locations like pools or beaches, it's perfectly fine to wear swimming shorts, bikinis or anything that you're comfortable in.

  • Summertime in Abu Dhabi (late May to September) sees average daytime temperatures of around 45℃ (113˚F), with humidity levels at 80-90%.

    Be sure to take some sort of jacket or sweater when going indoors, as the air conditioning can be cold.

MEETINGS

  • You will see the details and timings of your 1:1 meetings along with table numbers in the ‘My Schedule’ module in the App.

  • Monday Meetings: 9:00 - 13:00
    Tuesday Meetings: 14:00 - 17:00

  • Your meetings will take place in The Regal Ballroom. There will be signposts with table numbers in the room and staff will be on hand to guide you to your table.

  • Contact details are visible in the guest list on each attendee’s profile. All inVOYAGE guests agree to share these contact details as part of their participation in the event and comply with GDPR / data privacy. We are not able to provide spreadsheet data. 

  • There are multiple open networking sessions throughout the programme for all guests to meet and talk. If you would like help, please feel free to ask one of the inVOYAGE team to facilitate an introduction.
