Key Dates & What to Expect

We can’t wait to see you in Bangkok! Here are the key dates to keep in mind as we head toward this exciting event.

  • BUYER REGISTRATION FEE

    Please ensure you pay your registration fee as soon as possible. Prompt payment helps us finalise arrangements and provide you with the best experience. If you have any questions regarding the registration fee, please contact alice@invoyage.net.

  • FRIDAY 6th MARCH

    Event Profile Form Deadline - Please make sure your form is completed and submitted by Friday, 6 March. The information you provide will help shape your profile once meeting preferences go live.

    FRIDAY 13th MARCH

    Activities Preferences Close - Please submit your activity preferences to keep your schedule personalised and full of the experiences that matter to you.

    TUESDAY 16th MARCH

    Meeting Preferences Open - You can now select your preferred guests to meet with!

    Please complete your meeting preferences on the desktop version of our platform, selecting "must meet" and "meet" preferences.

    MONDAY 23rd MARCH

    Travel Information – When arranging your own flights and transfers, please share your details with us by the specified date. Please send this information to our Client Experience Team at CXTeam@invoyage.net

    Extra Nights – If you’d like to extend your stay before or after the event, please request your additional nights at CXTeam@invoyage.netbefore Monday 23rd March.

    TUESDAY 31st MARCH

    If you wish to cancel your pre or post night at the hotel, please let the Client Experience Team know before the specified date.

  • THURSDAY 2nd April

    Meeting Preferences Close - Complete your preferences on the desktop platform by this date to avoid gaps or irrelevant meetings in your schedule.

    You are required to complete a minimum "must meet" and "meet" preferences.

    THURSDAY 9th APRIL

    Event App Live - The app is officially live! You can now download the app on your iPhone or Android. Inside, you’ll find your personalised itinerary, meeting schedule, activity details, and all key locations—everything you need in one place.

    MONDAY 27th APRIL

    Post-event Dashboard Live - Don’t forget to check the event dashboard after the event—you’ll be able to download your connections for a limited time, continue connecting with others, and browse our event gallery.

  • WEDNESDAY 20th MAY

    Buyer Reimbursements – If you’ve arranged a flight reimbursement with our client experience team, you will receive it by this date. If not, please contact alice@invoyage.net.

    WEDNESDAY 27th MAY

    Event App & Dashboard Closes - The app and dashboard are now closed! Please be sure to export any connections or images you’d like to keep from Bangkok before Wednesday 27th May.
