  • Airport transfers will be provided for guests using Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and staying at The Peninsula Bangkok. Please look out for the inVOYAGE signage.

    For guests staying at other hotels pre-event, you will need to make your own transfer arrangements to The Peninsula Bangkok on Friday, 17 April.

  • For arrivals taking place on 16 and 17 April, transfers will be organised by our DMC partner, Destination Asia.

    Arrival at main terminal with airbridge:

    Staff will be waiting at the end of the airbridge in the terminal holding inVOYAGE signage, they will escort you through immigration via the MICE Lane and through to Destination Asia airport staff for your transfer.

    Satellite Terminal arrival:

    Staff will be waiting at the end of the airbridge in the terminal holding inVOYAGE signage. They will escort you on to the train, through immigration via the MICE Lane and through to Destination Asia airport staff for your transfer.

    If you miss the inVOYAGE sign, Destination Asia airport staff or are a domestic arrival:

    After Immigration, luggage collection and custom formalities, passengers exit into the main arrival hall via either EXIT B or EXIT C

    Destination Asia staff will be stationed at ‘Gate 6 and Gate 10’ in the arrival hall area.

    For guests staying at other hotels pre-event or arriving earlier than 16 April, you will need to make your own transfer arrangements to the The Peninsula in time for the Welcome Reception.

  • Departure transfers will take place from The Peninsula Bangkok on 20 April. You will receive an departure note on 19 April with your transfer time. Transfers will not be arranged if you are staying at alternative hotels or if you are staying at The Peninsula Bangkok past 20 April.

  • All event transfers will depart from and return to various locations at the Peninsula Bangkok. Please check the event app for the exact location.

  • Please try not to miss your transfers as we must manage the group safely. However, if you do miss your transfer, you will be responsible for your own transportation. Taxis are available at your own cost.

HOTEL

  • You will need to check-in at the Hotel Lobby.

    The official check-in time is 14:00.  Please bear in mind that depending on your arrival time, your room may not be ready until this time.

  • Yes, and the hotel will require a credit card for incidentals at check-in. The hold is 5,000 Thai Baht per night (equivalent to $152 per night as of 19/03/2026).

  • You will need to check out at the Hotel Lobby and settle any additional charges by 12:00 on the day of your departure.

  • For guests that have booked pre and/or post nights, you will need to settle your account when you check into the hotel for any additional nights you have booked.

  • The ATM is located on Level 2 in front of the lifts.

DESTINATION

  • The currency of Thailand is the Thai Baht.

    Paper baht comes in denominations of 10 (brown), 20 (green), 50 (blue), 100 (red), 500 (purple) and 1000 (beige).

  • Type A (two flat pins), Type B (two flat pins + ground), Type C (two round pins), and Type O (three round pins).

    The electricity in Thailand is 220 volts, 50 cycles per second.

  • Thais like to dress smartly and neatly. Do not wear revealing clothing such as shorts, low cut dresses, and bathing suits as they are considered as improper attire in Thailand. Keep in mind that this type of clothing is only acceptable in the beach. It is advisable to wear long skirts or long trousers when entering a temple.

  • The Summer “hot” season runs essentially from March through to June, with temperatures between 33 C – 48 C in the day, and not below 27 C at night.

MEETINGS

  • You will see the details and timings of your 1:1 meetings along with table numbers in the ‘My Schedule’ module in the App.

  • Monday Meetings: 9:00 - 13:00
    Tuesday Meetings: 14:00 - 17:00

  • Your meetings will take place in the Sakuntala Ballroom on Level L.

    There will be signposts with table numbers in the room and staff will be on hand to guide you to your table.

  • Contact details are visible in the guest list on each attendee’s profile. All inVOYAGE guests agree to share these contact details as part of their participation in the event and comply with GDPR / data privacy. We are not able to provide spreadsheet data. 

  • There are multiple open networking sessions throughout the programme for all guests to meet and talk. If you would like help, please feel free to ask one of the inVOYAGE team to facilitate an introduction.
