Your assigned in-destination activity will appear in your personal programme within the event app closer to the time. While we’ve done our best to accommodate individual preferences, some activities have limited availability. Below is an overview of all activities, including timings and dress codes.

Once your activity is confirmed, please ensure you pack any necessary clothing accordingly.

Dolphin Watching on the Arrábida Coast

  • Cruise through the stunning Sado Estuary, passing Alpertuche Beach, Portinho da Arrábida and Pedra da Anicha as you search for the resident pod of common bottlenose dolphins. Guided by a local marine biologist, you'll observe these remarkable animals while following the Arrábida Natural Park (ICNF) code of conduct, ensuring a respectful and sustainable wildlife experience.

  • Duration of the activity: 3 hours

  • Please wear comfortable, flat footwear and clothing suited to the season.

Horseback Riding by the Sea

  • Saddle up for an unforgettable ride through rice fields, pine forests and rolling coastal dunes. Follow scenic trails to a breathtaking Atlantic beach, where dramatic cliff-top views and the sound of the waves create the perfect escape. Helmets and refreshments included.

    Please Note: To ensure the safety and wellbeing of both riders and horses, participants must be under 70 years old, weigh under 90 kg, and be in good physical health.

  • Please wear long trousers and comfortable clothing for this activity. Please note the activity restrictions.

Torre Golf Course

  • Warm up on the Torre Golf driving range before taking on the course in a fun 9-hole competition. Travel between holes in a shared buggy, giving you more time to focus on your game and enjoy the experience.

  • Duration of the activity: 2 Hours

  • Please bring appropriate golf shoes and golf clothing.

Golf Clinic

  • With the help of two professional golfers, Perfect your posture, putting, chipping and pitching techniques, before putting your new skills to the test in a fun and friendly putting competition.

  • Duration of the activity: 2 Hours

  • Please wear comfortable clothing for the season and appropriate footwear. Please note, a hat/ cap is advised.


The Ultimate Comporta Buggy & Oyster Experience

  • Embark on an exclusive buggy adventure through Comporta's stunning rice fields and untouched landscapes. Explore hidden trails, discover local heritage and arrive at the iconic Cais Palafítico da Carrasqueira for a premium oyster tasting. The perfect balance of adrenaline, nature and the sophistication of the region's culture.

  • Duration of the activity: 1 hour 30 minutes

  • Please wear trainers and comfortable outdoor clothing that you don't mind getting a little dusty for this activity. Sunglasses and Sunscreen are advised.

Herdade da Comporta Winery & Rice Museum Tour

  • Explore the history and heritage of Herdade da Comporta with a guided visit to the winery, including its production areas and barrel room. Continue with a scenic tour through the surrounding canals and rice fields before returning to the winery to enjoy a tasting of Herdade da Comporta’s renowned Micro Terroir wine collection.

  • Duration of the tour: 1 hour 30 minutes

Discover Comporta: Heritage Walk & Tile Painting Workshop

  • Discover the charm of Comporta on a guided tour of its most iconic landmarks, including the white church, the historic Cais Palafítico, the main street's boutiques, and the Rice Museum. The experience concludes at Casa da Cultura with a welcome drink, finger food, and a hands-on tile-painting workshop.

  • Duration of the tour: 3 Hours

Arroz Doce Workshop with Chef Ricardo Martins

  • Explore the charming village of Comporta on a guided walking tour before joining a hands-on Arroz Doce workshop led by renowned local chef Ricardo Martins. Discover the traditions and techniques behind Portugal’s beloved rice pudding as you prepare this classic dessert yourself. The experience concludes with a glass of Moscatel de Setúbal, the region’s signature fortified wine, providing the perfect finish to an authentic Portuguese culinary experience.
