Key Dates & What to Expect

During the course of the next few months you will hear from us at various stages, here is a guideline of what to expect and when.

 

  • FLIGHTS

    Buyer Partners – Please contact our client servicing team at alice@invoyage.net to book your flights to and from Abu Dhabi.

    Travel Partners – Please book your own flights and share your arrival and departure details with matilda@invoyage.net so we can arrange your airport transfers.

  • WEDNESDAY 7th MAY

    Dashboard Live – Access all your event details and schedules in one place for a seamless experience.

    Event Profile Form Live – Complete your form as soon as possible to create your profile on the event platform. This will help other guests get to know you when choosing their meeting preferences.

    Activities Preferences Open – Select your preferred activities to personalise your experience.

  • TUESDAY 8TH JULY

    Event Profile Form Deadline – Please ensure that your form is completed and submitted by this date.

    TUESDAY 29TH JULY

    Meeting Preferences Open – You can now select your preferred guests to meet with! Please complete your meeting preferences on the desktop version of our platform, selecting at least 25 'must meet' and 15 'meet' preferences.

  • MONDAY 1ST SEPTEMBER

    Travel Information – If you are arranging your own flights and transfers, please share your details with us by Monday 1st September. Send this information to Alice in our client experience team at alice@invoyage.net.

    Extra Nights – If you’d like to extend your stay pre or post event, please request your additional nights through Matilda at matilda@invoyage.net before Monday, 1 September 2025. We have a limited allocation for extended stays, all rates and rooms are subject to availability.

    FRIDAY 5TH SEPTEMBER

    Activities Preferences Close – Submit your activity preferences by Friday 5th September to ensure a personalised schedule.

    MONDAY 8TH SEPTEMBER

    Meeting Preferences Close – Complete your preferences on the desktop platform by this date to avoid gaps or irrelevant meetings in your schedule. You are required to complete a minimum of 25 'must meet' and 15 'meet' preferences.

    MONDAY 15TH SEPTEMBER

    Event App Live – All guests can now download the event app on iPhone or Android. Through the app, you can access the meeting schedule, activity details, locations, and your personalised itinerary.

    MONDAY 29TH SEPTEMBER

    Post-event Dashboard Live – Access the event dashboard to view and download your connections for a limited time after the event. This will be available to you until 29th October.

  • WEDNESDAY 29TH OCTOBER

    Event App & Dashboard Closes – You will no longer be able to access the event app or dashboard after this date.

    FRIDAY 31ST OCTOBER

    Buyer Reimbursements – If you’ve arranged a flight reimbursement with our client experience team, you will receive it by this date. If not, please contact alice@invoyage.net.
