FLIGHTS
Buyer Partners – Please contact our client servicing team at alice@invoyage.net to book your flights to and from Comporta.
Travel Partners – Please book your own flights and share your arrival and departure details with connie.clement@invoyage.netso we can arrange your airport transfers.
BUYER REGISTRATION FEE
Please ensure you pay your registration fee as soon as possible. Prompt payment helps us finalise arrangements and provide you with the best experience. If you have any questions, regarding the registration fee, please contact alice@invoyage.net.

THURSDAY 25th JUNE
Event Profile Form Live – You can now complete your event profile form for Comporta. The information you provide will help shape your profile once meeting preferences go live.

TUESDAY 6th AUGUST
Event Profile Form Deadline – Please make sure your form is completed and submitted by Tuesday 6th August. The information you provide will help shape your profile once meeting preferences go live.
FRIDAY 13th AUGUST
Meeting Preferences Open – You can now select your preferred guests to meet with!
Please complete your meeting preferences on the desktop version of our platform, selecting at least 25 'must meet' and 15 'meet' preferences.

WEDNESDAY 2nd SEPTEMBER
Travel Information – If you are arranging your own flights and transfers, please share your details with us by Wednesday 11th February and share this information to our Client Experience Team at ClientExperienceTeam@invoyage.net.
Extra Nights – If you’d like to extend your stay before or after the event, just let us know by requesting your additional nights to ClientExperienceTeam@invoyage.net before Wednesday 2nd September.
FRIDAY 4th SEPTEMBER
Meeting Preferences Close – Complete your preferences on the desktop platform by this date to avoid gaps or irrelevant meetings in your schedule.
You are required to complete a minimum of 25 'must meet' and 15 'meet' preferences.
TUESDAY 8th SEPTEMBER
Activities Preferences Close –Please submit your activity preferences by Tuesday 8th September to keep your schedule personalised and full of the experiences that matter to you..
MONDAY 21st SEPTEMBER
Event App Live – The app is officially live! You can now download the app on your iPhone or Android. Inside, you’ll find your personalised itinerary, meeting schedule, activity details, and all key locations—everything you need in one place.

MONDAY 5th OCTOBER
Post-event Dashboard Live – Don’t forget to check the event dashboard after the event—you’ll be able to download your connections for a limited time, continue connecting with others, and browse our event gallery.
FRIDAY 30th OCTOBER
Buyer Reimbursements –If your flight reimbursement has been confirmed with our Client Experience team, you can expect to receive it by Friday 30th October. If you have not, please contact Jamie.Weston@invoyage.net.

Event App & Dashboard Closes – The app and dashboard are now closed! Please be sure to export any connections or images you’d like to keep from Rabat before Thursday 5th November.
