Meetings & connections

Your 1:1 meetings, new introductions and keeping in touch.

Where can I see my meeting times and table numbers?

Open My Schedule in the event app. Your meeting details and table numbers will be listed there.

Your meeting schedule is available to view one week before the event.

How do I meet someone outside my scheduled 1:1 meetings?

There are open networking sessions throughout the programme. If you would like an introduction, ask a member of the inVOYAGE team to help.

How do I make a connection through the app?

  1. Open the person’s profile in the Guest List.

  2. Use Show interest or Connect to let them know you would like to connect.

  3. You will appear in their Interested in you list. Once they reciprocate, you become a connection and can chat.

You can add a personal introduction when the platform offers that option.

When can I chat with another attendee?

Chat becomes available when you have a scheduled meeting together or both of you have shown interest in connecting through the app.

On desktop, open My Connections and choose Chat beside the person’s profile. In the mobile app, use the Chat tab.

Can I access or export the full attendee list?

Contact details are visible on attendee profiles in the app. A spreadsheet or direct export of the full attendee list is not provided.

The best way to keep in touch is to connect through the platform, then export your own meetings and connections after the event.

What does Recommended for You show?

The platform suggests people and companies that may be relevant to your networking needs. Recommendations use your preferences, profile information and activity within the platform.

How are similar profiles different from recommendations?

Recommendations reflect your preferences, profile fields and platform activity.

Similar profiles relate to the profile you are currently viewing. Those suggestions do not change with your own platform activity.

How do I request a meeting from a recommendation?

Where Request a Meeting is available on the platform:

  1. Open the participant’s profile and select Request a Meeting.

  2. Choose the preferred time, date and location, and add a personal message if you wish.

  3. Choose Send on desktop or Request a Meeting on mobile.

  4. Check My Schedule for your scheduled meetings.

You can also view meetings with a particular participant on their profile.

How do I export my meetings and connections?

After the event, log in on a desktop computer or laptop.

  1. Click your profile image in the top-right corner.

  2. Choose Export from the left-hand menu.

  3. Under Meetings / Connections Export, select Export XLSX or Export CSV.

  4. Click Download when the file is ready.

Why can I see connections from an earlier event?

Connections carry across events. If you connected with someone previously and they are attending this event, they can appear in your connections list.
