  • Arrival transfers will be provided for all international buyers attending the event, both to and from London Heathrow (LHR).

    Any personal extensions, prior the event dates are the direct responsibility of the guests.

    All international travel partners will be responsible for their own airport transfers.

  • Departure transfers will be provided for all international buyers following the event to London Heathrow (LHR) on Wednesday 4 Novemeber.

    Any personal extensions, post the event dates are the direct responsibility of the guests.

    All international travel partners will be responsible for their own airport transfers.

  • Please try not to miss your transfers as we must manage the group safely. However, if you do miss your transfer, you will be responsible for your own transportation. Taxis are available at your own cost.

FLIGHT & TRANSFERS

HOTEL

  • The conference will be taking place at the InterContinental Park Lane on 2 & 3 November. Please ensure you arrive with enough time to register. Registration opens at 8am on 2 November.

  • You will need to check-in at the Hotel Lobby.

    The official check-in time is 14:00.  Please bear in mind that depending on your arrival time, your room may not be ready until this time.

  • For guests who will be taking public transport the nearest tube stations to the InterContinental London Park Lane are Hyde Park Corner (Piccadilly line) and Green Park (Jubilee, Piccadilly, and Victoria lines).

    • Hyde Park Corner: A 2 to 3-minute walk away (approx. \(190\) m). Exit the station and head west toward Piccadilly; the hotel is located at One Hamilton Place.

    • Green Park: A 7 to 8-minute walk away (approx. \(620\) m). Exit onto Piccadilly and walk straight down along the edge of Green Park.

DESTINATION

  • The currency of England is the British pound sterling (GBP).

  • England uses type B plugs and sockets. This system features three rectangular pins arranged in a triangular pattern.

    These plugs operates at 230V and a frequency of 50Hz.

  • November in England can see winds and damp weather. Please enusre to pack accordingly. Highs of 12° C.

MEETINGS

  • You will see the details and timings of your 1:1 meetings along with table numbers in the ‘My Schedule’ module in the App.

  • Contact details are visible in the guest list on each attendee’s profile. All inVOYAGE guests agree to share these contact details as part of their participation in the event and comply with GDPR / data privacy. We are not able to provide spreadsheet data. 

  • There are multiple open networking sessions throughout the programme for all guests to meet and talk. If you would like help, please feel free to ask one of the inVOYAGE team to facilitate an introduction.
