For guest arrivals via air, airport transfers will be provided on Friday 19 October from London Heathrow only, transfers will be organised by our DMC partner, 2B UK, please look out for the inVOYAGE signage in the arrivals hall.
For guests staying at other hotels pre-event or arriving earlier than 19 October, you will need to make your own transfer arrangements to your host partner hotel for the host dinner on the evening of 19 October.
Please note, airport transfers are provided for buyer partners only. Travel partners are responsible for their own transfers.

Departure transfers will take place from your host partner hotel on 22 October.
If you are extending your stay past the 22 October, you will be responsible for your own transfer arrangements.

Daily Transfers to/from Chancery Rosewood will be available for guests staying in host hotels.

Please try not to miss your transfers, as we must manage the group safely. However, if you do miss your transfer, you will be responsible for your own transportation. Taxis are available at your own cost.
CONFERENCE HOTEL

The conference will be taking place at the Chancery Rosewood on 20 & 21 October. Please ensure you arrive with enough time to register. Registration opens at 8am on 20 October.
For guests who will be walking or taking public transport, you can enter the hotel either via the main front entrance or via the side entrance (Upper Grosvenor Street). The Chancery Rosewood is a five-minute walk from Bond Street station, which can be accessed by the Elizabeth line and London Underground’s Jubilee and Central lines.
MASTERCLASS & WORKSHOPS

From your previous selections, you will be able to attend 2 out of 3 masterclasses per day, these will appear in the 'My Schedule' module in the event app.

For agencies that are attending with multiple team leaders, and won't be attending the 1: 1 meetings, we will have a series of afternoon Leadership workshops being delivered by the Kings College Academic Team, and you are very welcome to join these sessions. They will run in parallel to the 1:1 meetings.
1:1 MEETINGS

You will see the details and timings of your 1:1 meetings along with table numbers in the ‘My Schedule’ module in the event app.

Your meetings will take place in the Ballroom of the Chancery Rosewood. There will be signposts and table numbers in the room. Staff will be on hand to guide you to your table.

Contact details are visible in the guest list on each attendee’s profile. All inVOYAGE guests agree to share these contact details as part of their participation in the event and comply with GDPR / data privacy. We are not able to provide spreadsheet data.

There are multiple open networking sessions throughout the programme for all guests to meet and talk. If you would like help, please feel free to ask one of the inVOYAGE team to facilitate an introduction.
