You will be staying in a selection of the properties within the Myconian Collection. The main hub for the event will be The Imperial Hotel where the daily business sessions will be running.

Airport Transfers
Return airport transfers will be provided for all guests upon arrival and departure at Mykonos airport for attendees staying at the Myconian Collection. For arrival transfers taking place on the 26th & 27th September and for departure transfers taking place on the 30th September, these will be organised by our DMC partner Event Makers. For arrival and departure transfers outside of these dates, these will be handled by the Myconian Collection directly.
For guests staying at other hotels pre-event, you will need to make your own transfer arrangements to the Myconian Collection for the 27th September.

Event Transfers
All event transfers for evening events will depart and return to the hotel that you will be staying in.
The resort shuttle will be operating across all properties to get to /from The Imperial Hotel on a daily basis. As a general rule, this usually takes around 10 minutes, so please ensure you allow enough time to get to your morning scheduled appointments. You can ask for a shuttle at your hotel reception. Alternatively, you can also walk to the Imperial from your hotel.
Welcome Desk
Our welcome desk will be located in the lobby of The Imperial Hotel and will open on the 27th September at 9:30am. Please collect your badge on arrival. You will need to wear your badge at all times during the event.
Information Desk
Our information desk will be located between the meeting areas (Celebrities & Meltemi) at The Imperial Hotel. If you have any questions or need any help, please contact our team on site.
Dietary Requirements
If you have advised us in advance of your dietary requirements, arrangements have already been made. Buffet items will be clearly labelled, but please do check menus. If you are unsure, please contact one of the on-site inVOYAGE events team.
Additional Room Nights
For guests that have booked pre/ post nights, you will need to settle your account when you check into the hotel for any additional nights you have booked. Your transfer will be arranged by the hotel you are staying at. You will get dropped at your hotel and this is where you will check in.

In September, Mykonos experiences a comfortable temperature ranging from 20°C (68°F) to 28°C (82°F). The days are generally warm, averaging 80°F, while the evenings remain pleasant, often not requiring a coat (a light cardigan may be required sometimes).
