Return airport transfers will be provided for guests at Rabat–Salé Airport and/or Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport for attendees staying at the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr.

For guests staying at other hotels prior to the event, you will need to make your own transfer arrangements to the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr for Sunday, 8 March. -
For arrivals taking place on Saturday, 7 and Sunday, 8 March, transfers will be organised by our DMC partner, Access Morocco.
Rabat Airport
After collecting your luggage, you will pass through the customs baggage scanner. After that, you will arrive at the airport hall (there is only one exit). In the hall, a member of the Access Morocco team will be holding a "inVOYAGE x Access" sign.
Casablanca Airport
After collecting your luggage, you will pass through customs where you will find two exit options: please take the Terminal 1 exit. Once outside the terminal building, a member of the Access Morocco team will be waiting with an "inVOYAGE x Access" sign.
For guests staying at other hotels pre-event or arriving earlier than 7 March, you will need to make your own transfer arrangements to the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr for Sunday, 8 March.

Departure transfers will take place from the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr on Wednesday, 11 March. You will find out your transfer time on Tuesday, 10 March. Transfers will not be arranged if you are staying at alternative hotels or if you are staying at the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr past Wednesday, 11 March.

All event transfers will depart from and return to outside the conference centre at the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr. Please check the event app for the exact location.

Please try not to miss your transfers as we must manage the group safely. However, if you do miss your transfer, you will be responsible for your own transportation. Taxis are available at your own cost.

Everyone arriving on 7 & 8 March will be dropped off at the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr to check in.
The official check-in time is 15:00. Please bear in mind that, depending on your arrival time, your room may not be ready until this time.

Yes, and the hotel will require a credit card for incidentals at check-in. The hold will be €100 per night.

You will need to check out at the Main Reception of the hotel and settle any additional charges by 12:00 on the day of your departure.

In Morocco, like most countries in the world, you can pay by cash or credit card. When paying by credit card, the exchange rate applied is the current rate. The maximum commission depends on each issuing institution; it is generally 1%.

Layers with breathable fabrics like cotton/linen for warm days (t-shirts, long sleeves) and light sweaters/jackets for cool evenings (around 10-15°C), plus a scarf, comfortable walking shoes, and a hat for strong sun.
Modest dress (covering shoulders/knees) is respectful, especially outside tourist areas, though jeans/leggings with longer tops are generally fine.

In early March, Rabat offers pleasant, mild spring weather with average highs around 19-23°C (66-73°F) and cooler evenings around 10-13°C (50-55°F), though expect occasional short showers as it's still part of the rainier season, so packing layers for sun and cooler nights is best.

There will be signposts and table numbers in the room. Staff will be on hand to guide you to your table.

Contact details are visible in the guest list on each attendee’s profile. All inVOYAGE guests agree to share these contact details as part of their participation in the event and comply with GDPR / data privacy. We are not able to provide spreadsheet data.
