As we knew we had a VIP 94-year-old guest coming with her granddaughter to watch Taylor Swift perform her Era's tour, we wanted to ensure that she left Raffles feeling like family! Upon arrival, we had her favourite Taylor Swift Song playing in reception, we adorned them with cowboy hats (to honour Ms. Swift's country roots) and led her up to her suite to see her biggest surprise of the trip.
