King's Business School Returns as Academic Partner for MASTERS by inVOYAGE 2026

Following the success of last year's event, we're delighted to announce that King's Business School, King's College London, will once again join MASTERS by inVOYAGE as our Academic Partner for 2026.

From 2 - 3 November, we'll be bringing together some of the most respected senior leaders from across luxury hospitality, live events and experiential marketing for two days of executive learning, strategic networking and meaningful business conversations. Returning as Academic Partner, King's Business School will once again help shape the leadership programme, bringing fresh perspectives and research-led insight to the challenges and opportunities defining our industry today.

The New Rules of Value Creation

Creating value looks very different today than it did even a few years ago. Organisations are being challenged to build trust, communicate with greater influence, embrace emerging technologies and embed sustainability into every level of decision-making, all while continuing to deliver exceptional experiences.

Those ideas sit at the heart of this year's theme, "The New Rules of Value Creation." Throughout the programme, we’ll be encouraging our delegates to explore how these forces are reshaping leadership and what it takes to build organisations that are resilient, relevant and ready for the future.

Drawing on King's expertise in executive education, each session is designed to combine academic insight with practical discussion, encouraging you to challenge assumptions, exchange perspectives and leave with ideas they can take back to their organisations.

What's New for 2026?

Last year's programme introduced our inVOYAGERS to King's Business School's practical approach to executive learning, combining academic insight with collaborative discussion around the leadership challenges facing our industry.

MBA Content for Incentive Leaders and Event Professionals

Explore the keynote addresses, masterclasses and workshops delivered with King’s Business School at MASTERS by inVOYAGE.

For 2026, we're taking that a step further.

Rather than asking what makes a great leader?, we'll explore how great leaders create value for their teams, their clients and their businesses. Built around the theme "The New Rules of Value Creation," the programme will examine the five forces redefining leadership today: trust, inclusive design, persuasive communication, technology and sustainability.

New for this year, interactive round-table discussions will create even more opportunities for delegates to exchange ideas, challenge perspectives and learn from peers facing many of the same opportunities and challenges.

Where Academic Thinking Meets Industry Experience

Last year's partnership proved just how valuable it can be when academic insight meets industry experience. The sessions gave all our delegates the chance to step back from the day-to-day, challenge their thinking and explore the leadership issues shaping businesses across luxury hospitality, events and experiential marketing.

This year, we're building on that foundation with an expanded programme that encourages even more conversation, collaboration and practical learning. By bringing together King's academic expertise with the experience of senior decision-makers from across the global inVOYAGE community, MASTERS creates an environment where fresh thinking is matched with real-world insight.

Looking Ahead to MASTERS by inVOYAGE 2026

“One of our ambitions for MASTERS has always been to create an event that delivers lasting value beyond the meetings themselves. Bringing King’s Business School back as our Academic Partner allows us to offer something genuinely different—combining world-class executive education with meaningful business connections. Last year’s programme proved just how powerful that combination can be, and we’re excited to build on that momentum this November.” - Richard Joslin, CEO & Founder, inVOYAGE

MASTERS has always been about giving senior leaders the opportunity to step back from the day-to-day and focus on the bigger picture. It's where new ideas are shared, different perspectives are explored and lasting connections are made.

We're excited to continue our partnership with King's Business School and build on the momentum of last year's programme, bringing executive education back to the heart of the MASTERS experience.

We look forward to welcoming our community to MASTERS by inVOYAGE, 1–4 November 2026.
